Hugo has started to grow in the last several years with more restaurants and shops coming with it. Our neighborhood has been great in Heritage Ponds and we feel very safe. Our favorite restaurant is Fiesta Cancun which is minutes away.
Most of Hugo is part of the White Bear Lake school system which in my point of view is a great school district.
