When you are designing a new home, it’s all about your personal style, and you will select four main components that will affect the purchase price of your home: Once you have finalized the floorplan, homesite, and structural options, we will generate a home purchase agreement for your signature and request your earnest money deposit.

The next step is to initiate the home financing process by submitting a loan application to your lender or providing us with evidence of cash availability. Then, you get to choose your design options: cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, finishes, and more – the details that really make your home YOURS. Our design professionals, sales consultants, and online tools can help bring your home vision to life. Following your design selections, your home purchase agreement will be amended to reflect the options you selected and your updated total purchase price. Then we’ll start the building process!
